minor issues overshadowed some positives.
It really impacted my stay. my air conditioning didn't work! moving rooms twice during a short stay was inconvenient. the front desk seemed unprepared to handle complaints, and that was frustrating.

i found the wellness center a treat. the hotel is designed and decorated nicely. trained staff were also very professional.
the hotel was very clean though the building work opposite it sometimes started very early.

the staff were helpful and always available to assist me with any questions i had. the rooms are a good size and very clean. i especially appreciated how the staff prepared breakfast takeaway bags for my early flight , it shows their dedication.

amazing breakfast automated curtains
The breakfast was amazing. everything in the room was automated. Even the curtains moved as you entered. i loved that little touch.
it was very noisy even through closed windows. i felt the noise impacted my stay.

helpful staff vegetarian options minor inconvenience
the staff were pretty good, bringing water and ice to the fourth floor pool area. breakfast had vegetarian options that were delicious. the building work being there is just an eyesore.
